Tender Moments (TM) is known for our incredible ability to celebrate the big moments in people's lives, making it memorable and simply put TENDER! While the COVID-19 global pandemic has most certainly changed our everyday lives and the way we conduct business, we still have reasons to CELEBRATE. The health and safety of our clients, customers, and staff is our top priority. In response to the COVID-19 virus and in accordance with CDC guidelines, we have put the following protocols in place:

TM event staff is required to wear masks and/or face shield coverings and to wash their hands frequently.
TM event staff is required to maintain physical distancing (6 feet) apart from others whenever possible.
We conduct client consultations and TM staff meetings virtually.
We sanitize all linen and event rental items prior to setup and after each event.

In addition, to remain safe and to assist our clients with hosting “Covid-Friendly” celebrations and events, Tender Moments now offers the following services:

Contactless delivery and curbside pick up for products, custom orders, and event rentals.
While we recognize and adhere to safe gathering limits, allow us to assist you in planning and designing a memorable and stress free event that has a BIG impact that Tender Moments is known for including but limited to:
Outdoor celebrations
Drive Bys/ Parades
Virtual and/or Hybrid events
Small, private, intimate events
Micro Weddings
