Purchase our Personalized Glass tiles (approx. 3.75 inch x 11.75 inch x .5 inch) are perfect gifts for Mother’s Day, Father's Day, Birthdays, Christmas or just because! Purchase the Tile with or without display stand. The tiles can be personalized to say anything you want (Mom, Momma, Daddy, Grandma, Grammy, Nana, etc) with any names (12 max.) on top.

STEP 2. Main NAME COLOR (LARGE name): see color options

STEP 3. Main NAME (LARGE Name): Provide the Main Name (large name on BOTTOM) you want featured on the tile (e.g., Mom, Momma, Granny, Grandma, Daddy, Father, Grandfather, etc.). We will print them exactly as written. Please proofread carefully before submitting!
STEP 4 (*Optional). Secondary Names (i.e., SMALL names/children's names on TOP)+ EST (Year) provide the name(s) on top (up to 12 max.) and separate with commas, and Established date (Year). We will print them exactly as written. Please proofread carefully before submitting! If no names will be added please note NONE in the notes to seller.
STEP 5. (*if applicable) Choose Secondary NAME COLOR (small names on TOP): see color options (same as Main name). If blank we will select a coordinating color.
