Diaper Wreaths and Diaper Cakes

Q. Are the diapers useable?
A. Yes, the diapers used to construct our diaper wreaths and diaper cakes are useable. We do not use any glue or tape or directly on the diapers that would damage or destroy the diapers.

Q. What size are the diapers?
A. We use Size 1-2 diapers (fits babies up to approx. 14 lbs.)

Q. Will my Diaper Wreath/Cake come wrapped?
A. Yes, all of our Diaper Wreath and Diaper Cakes arrive wrapped in tulle and adorned with ribbon.

Gift Baskets/Hospitality Baskets

Q. What is the difference between T.M. Hospitality Baskets versus Gift Baskets?

A. T.M. Hospitality Baskets are best suited as favors or room gifts for your out of town guests. Hospitality Baskets feature items such as snacks, beverages, and local area information and fan fare.

Our custom Gift Baskets are generally designed around a theme (e.g., spa and bath, etc.) and feature gift items. They are excellent specialty gifts for members of your Bridal Party, Mother's gifts, and/or special honorees.

Towel Cakes

Q. What are T.M. Towel Cakes?
A. Our Towel “Cakes” are towels beautifully arranged to look like extravagant cakes. Each “cake” consists of useable bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They are perfect centerpieces or decoration for a Bridal Showers or Wedding Receptions (e.g., the Gift Table) and bring added enjoyment to a thoughtful Wedding gift!

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Our products are handcrafted and made to order for each customer and usually ship out within 7 days. Upon shipping, additional shipping times apply depending on location and check out option (e.g., rush, ground, overnight, etc.) selected.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our products are handcrafted and made to order for each customer. Each product [i.e., Diaper Wreath; Diaper Cake; Towel Cake; Holiday Wreath, etc.] is securely constructed and very carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives safely at its destination.  In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in excellent condition, please notify Tender Moments, LLC within 48 hours of receipt that your order arrived damaged and you wish to return or exchange it.  Use the form on the "Contact Us" page.  A damaged item must be returned to us within 5 business days of receipt, and must be in original condition.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED FOR DIAPER WREATHS, DIAPER CAKES OR TOWEL CAKES THAT HAVE BEEN DISASSEMBLED, UNWRAPPED, RE-WRAPPED, OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH.  Products returned for any other reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee, after shipping cost.  We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange on any diaper cake.  All shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
